Hello everyone! Welcome to the blockbusters and schlock-busters: the best and worst of film and television. Today, I would like to introduce one of the Christopher Nolan’s most mind bending sci-fi endeavours – Interstellar.  (Source: https://www.counter-currents.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/interstellar-movie.jpg) Nolan has unusual but wonderful thinking in his film. In this film , there are no bizarre alien creatures, defected evil AI, blow out air combat.  There is only the most real, difficult and realistic challenge. The human race could easily reach this kind of problem in the future. This film's kernel is about family drama, which is about the love and commitment between father and daughter. This film combines the warmest human emotion and the heart of the waiting for the natural together. Therefore, space immigration naturally steps into the grand, which is full of solemn and stirring epic of humanity form the movie. (Source： http://www.interstellarmovi...

Image from IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099785/mediaviewer/rm523966208) Hello everyone, welcome back to our blog. Today, I will be reviewing the famous family comedy classic of 90s called Home Alone. I believe most of us have grown watching Home Alone series. But it will be a great treat for your kids who have not watched it yet. Home Alone is basically a movie about an 8-year-old boy named Kevin McCallisters who is accidentally left behind in Chicago by his family who flees to Paris. When Kevin wakes up later in the following morning, he finds  the house empty and starts to take advantage of the situation. Although if this would have happened to us in real life, then I bet each one of us would have cried and made a huge deal out of it. However, in this movie Kevin seems to be quite happy  regarding the fact that he is alone.     Meanwhile the story develops with Two burglars Harry and Marv, who are breaking into houses in the  neighbou...

Ghostbusters (2016)

Image
Hey there! Welcome back to this week's comedy review. First, of all, let me start off by saying that the Ghostbusters of 1984 was a good movie but personally, I liked 2016 one better because of the cast. The movie was not that different from the original but it showed us that woman can be our heroes as well. The characters were very well portrayed by the cast who usually do comedy movies so naturally, this movie was well planned.                            Image sourced from IMDB.   This movie is one of a kind since the cast has done such a good job. It is suitable for any audience. The movie starts off with the storyline of how two scientists wrote a book on the existence of ghosts. The two women had fought over the book and claims and have been separated ever since. After a sudden event which is known as a cataclysm or rather the first cataclysm, these women create a team of four who consists of the two aut...
